In the above picture are the children of Daymond and Elizabeth Kalko Monmirth. They all
served in the USNavy during World War II. Very few families were as dedicated to the
defense of their country to have the entire family serving their country. Tom, Larry, and
Jerry are deceased. Mary Lee lives in Ohio and Gene lives in Virginia.
