The 36th annual Wilt Reunion (descendants of Arthur Martin and Ruth Naomi Jamison Wilt)
was held at the Lewis Pavilion on Sang Run near Oakland, MD on August 15/16, 2009.
Sunday was a beautiful sunny day with temperatures in the low 80s. A covered dish lunch beginning at
1 PM was enjoyed by everyone present. Good cooks as usual abound.
After the great meal there was a 50/50 drawing and then an auction. A great many items were actioned to raise money for next years reunion. After the auction the annual meeting was held.
A report of the Saturday evening events was given by the President. Everyone attending
the Saturday evening gathering had a good time. It could have not been a more beautiful day.
It was determined that there will be changes in the help for next year.
An announcement was made as to the Thanksgiving gathering and for
more information please contact Lois.
There were less than 40 registered but there were nearly 60 in attendance for this reunion,
just count the pictures (58).
