After installing firefox, you then have the choice of installing numerous extensions which leave all other browsers in the dust. But before doing that, go through all the plugins to see which ones you may have missed or may require in the future.
The most important extension you will ever install is adblock, now by itself, firefox does a great job of blocking popups and other unwanted ads, but this extension will take it to a whole new level. In fact your entire net experience will become ad free, here's what you must do:
- Install the latest version of adblock
- Copy the following* and save it as a text file:

- Press Ctrl+Shift+p to bring up the adblock preferences, and in it click on Adblock Options and then Import Filters.
- Open the text file in which you saved the above and then click on done, and you're ready to go...
