It is about time we made this page to thank you all for taking the time to join our clubs. To thank you for taking an interest in Space and UFOs. These subjects are certainly touchy subjects for some people on planet Earth. Some groups of people on this planet just want the subjects of Space and UFOs to go away from the general public. Some people try to make us feel guilty and weird if we study about Space and UFOs. Although If you have watched the recent DVD from BBC called Space: the final frontier, with Sam Neill..... you'll see that they actually encourage the study of Extraterrestrials, UFOs, and Space. (That is big media !)
And, three things are happening...
1. Millions of people are seeing UFOs. Etc.
2. Billions of people can see photos of Space. Etc.
3. Hundreds of high level witnesses are now talking about what they know of intelligent extraterrestrials, UFOs, aliens, advanced technology, pollution free energy, and space.
What I have just told you is true... and you can see and read all about it from our main page here... Main Page [index].
Now, what I am about to tell you is just a collection of evidence, testimony, and thoughts, compiled into an article called "Intelligence Time".
INTELLIGENCE TIME : Life is a test. People in good Democratic countries over the past 60+ years have contributed to today with excellence. For the past few years we have been able to see space in all it's magnificence with the help of the Hubble Space Telescope and others. For the past few years high level witnesses are telling us that a variety of intelligent extraterrestrials are watching the developments on Earth. Look at this real photo......

1. Groups on planet Earth have cataloged more than 57 different species of intelligent extraterrestrials.
2. They have no testimony or evidence of any hostile activity by intelligent extraterrestrials.
3. Many humans are hostile. Look at some parts of the world even today. The death of one person in the Middle East can create a permanent riot of looting, fires, destruction, sadness, multiple ongoing murders, and total war. All rioting individuals should be working peacefully or building businesses to support their lovely families, or they should be at university studying for a better future. There are no fair, intelligent, genius, global advanced United Nations group helping stop the riots. Or maybe they all just love riots? and are allowed to have riots? Free to have riots and terrorism? Who cares aye. There are reasons for everything. I should just be playing the PC game Quake 3, or the PC game Duke Nukem Forever. Or playing golf or jigsaw puzzles. hmm?
4. We are missing out on peace, intelligence, nonpolluting fuels, advanced electricity generation, and a larger more advanced United Nations involving every single country on Earth. We had electric trams in the 1800's. Why all this smoke today in the year 2006?

Who knows if they are doing the correct thing? Who knows if their extremely cheap energy might create chaos? ... we don't know, and we only created these online UFO clubs to talk about it all. Most of the members and I have a lot of respect for the NSA, Allied Military, USAPs, DIA, CIA, FBI, Etc... from a civilian point of view.
Now, here is an interesting thought... What if these intelligent extraterrestrials (visiting Earth) belonged to a sort of Galactic United Super Intelligent Federation. (I know some of you will think "Oh here comes the Sci/Fi") But if there are a large variety of intelligent beings out there... they would have some kind of dialog and official intelligent agreements. And would have an understanding of nature, peace, space, science, and rational intelligent decisions. And I think they might be waiting for the day when we will be thoughtful, caring, and intelligent enough to think hard about... are we doing the correct thing on this planet, and to think hard about the high level witness testimony, and to think hard about intelligent extraterrestrials in a non-hostile way.
hmmm...?

MAYNARD: I can speculate like everyone else, yet some of this information was way beyond what my clearance was allowed to read. I do know that some of that motivation has to do with our growth, not only as a species, but also as a future member of an interplanetary social community that has already achieved a place in a greater universal society. How fast we get there and what our importance will be to that community depends on many factors. At present, our government is controlling this aspect of our knowledge and until that has changed there will never be a true relationship. I firmly believe that if our government and other governments that have full knowledge of this contact do not come forward and make the announcement to the world, then the aliens will do it themselves, which most certainly will cause some panic.More: After all my study... this sounds correct...

How did you come to the decision that your beliefs should take precedence over your military duties?
MAYNARD: Pivotal point! It was more of a period of enlightenment, from disinformation to disclosure. I do not believe that there was any one point that I can say: 'this was the day and/or the hour.' I can tell you the exact day and hour I quit smoking, or when I became a Christian, but disclosure was, and is, something entirely different. It was more of an attitude change on my part.
If you want to pin it down to when it started to happen, I guess it was in the early 1970's while I was in Germany. It was also the time of the famous LA Times publishing of the Pentagon Papers and Daniel Ellsberg. I was in charge of a US/NATO classified repository and the Pentagon Papers caused me to inventory everything in the repository, right down to the last page. Part of the Ellsberg papers were classified Top Secret Cosmic, which is a NATO classification. Since I was at an air defense site, that particular document was in my repository, so we had to account for everything. This caused my office an untold amount of work inventorying all the documents. It was a page-by-page inventory. It was during that time that I realized just how much the government was hiding under its classification and disclosure blanket. Even newspaper reports that had become part of the file were being classified. It appeared to me that they literally did not want anyone to know what they knew. I guess curiosity got the best of me at that point. After that incident, I started to pay serious attention to what was going on, particularly when it came to the classification of documents. I, more or less, became an official source to ask about classifying documents, which meant full research of the documents surrounding the one being classified.
They say that hindsight has 20/20 vision. I could have turned illegal at that point and made copies of the pages pertaining to UFO incidents. However, my security oath and duty to country stopped me from going that extra measure to the illegal. I have to tell you I seriously thought about it; however, I could not come to the point of making copies of any particular pages relating to UFO sightings and other encounters. I guess I was too much of a Boy Scout and I detested the thought of going to prison. Ah, yup, I am a big chicken when it comes to that.
The progression of this change in attitude and thoughts continued. While I was stationed in Turkey I finally came to the conclusion that disclosure was needed. It took about 6 years to get to this point. It was also the time when I had become a Christian and was really having turmoil within myself as to which way to take a disclosure program and/or to finish my military career. I really had no means by which to accomplish this without literally going to jail. Call it providence, or whatever, upon leaving Turkey I was assigned to DIA headquarters in the Pentagon. At that point I realized that it might be best to wait and see what else I could learn about UFOs, what the government was doing with the information and why they considered UFOs a threat to public knowledge.
That day was probably the day I made up my mind that something had to be done, and that I was being afforded the opportunity to gain information that the public does not have, and probably will never have, without disclosure. Actually, I still have difficulty with stepping out and telling what I know, but I also firmly believe that it is the time for disclosure. Full disclosure!

Gee, just 200 years ago we were in wooden boats. Just think about it, what will we be flying around in 200 years in the future, considering what we were flying less than 100 years ago. The Aliens might even be way ahead of radio, that is why we don't pick up signals. The same as a tribe of natives on an island sending smoke signals out in the Pacific ocean. No return smoke signals were seen so there was no one in the world but them! However some very interesting signals have been picked up, but it is in the interest of National Security that they be kept secret. How does the Government do this, simple, these projects operate on grants and this is the controlling factor. Nobody talks till it doesn't matter any more, hence the "Disclosure Project".
